Terms and Conditions of Use
1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
Words with capitalized initials have defined meanings under the conditions stated below. These definitions apply equally whether they appear in singular or plural form.
Definitions
Affiliate means any entity that controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with Flybiz Business Setup Services.
Country refers to United Arab Emirates.
Company (referred to as “Flybiz”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) refers to Flybiz Business Setup Services, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, including its affiliates, associates, and related parties.
Device means any device capable of accessing the Service, including computers, mobile phones, and tablets.
Service refers to Flybiz’s website and all business setup, consultancy, and PRO services offered.
Terms and Conditions (also referred to as “Terms”) means this full agreement between the Client and Flybiz regarding use of the Services.
Third-Party Social Media Service means any external social media or digital system integrated with or displayed through the Service.
Website refers to Flybiz Business Setup Services, accessible via our official web portal.
You / Client means any individual or legal entity engaging with Flybiz or using our Services.
2. Scope of Services and Engagement
2.1 General Services
Flybiz provides business setup consultancy, PRO services, visa support, and related corporate services. The exact scope, timings, and deliverables will be defined in the proposal, quotation, invoice, or written agreement.
2.2 Third-Party Payment Handling
Flybiz may process payments on behalf of the Client to government bodies, Freezones, banks, courts, and other authorities.
However, Flybiz does not control or influence final decision-making by these institutions.
3. Our Rights and Responsibilities
3.1 Professional Conduct
Flybiz operates in accordance with UAE laws and commits to reasonable care, diligence, and service quality.
3.2 Limitation of Liability
Flybiz is not liable for:
- Delays by government entities
- Regulatory changes
- Rejections by authorities
- Loss of profit, business interruption, or reputational damage
Our maximum liability is limited to the fees paid directly to Flybiz for the specific service.
3.3 Information Accuracy
Flybiz provides accurate guidance based on the rules at the time of signing. Rules or fees imposed later by authorities are beyond our control.
3.4 Third-Party Changes
We promptly inform Clients of changes in government fees, regulations, or timelines, but we are not responsible for such changes.
3.5 Exemption from Liability
Flybiz is not liable for third-party or government-related adjustments after signing the agreement.
3.6 KYC Documents & AML Compliance
Clients must submit all KYC documents required under UAE AML/CFT laws.
Flybiz reserves the right to refuse or terminate a Client relationship if:
- Requested KYC documents are incomplete
- Documents appear inaccurate or fraudulent
- Client poses an AML/CFT risk
- Legal requirements prohibit continuation
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Compliance
Clients must follow UAE laws and avoid any misuse of Flybiz services.
4.2 Service Usage
Services are non-transferable unless approved by Flybiz.
4.3 Payment & Documentation
Delays caused by late documentation, non-payment, or incomplete submissions will push timelines without liability on Flybiz.
4.4 Third-Party Terms
Clients must comply with Freezone, Mainland, bank, or immigration terms wherever applicable.
4.5 Indemnification
Clients indemnify Flybiz against losses or changes arising due to external regulatory updates beyond our control.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Advance Payment
All services require advance payment prior to commencement.
5.2 Fee Structure
Fees will be detailed in the invoice/proposal.
5.3 Disputes
Any invoice dispute must be raised immediately. Undisputed amounts remain payable.
5.4 Adjustments
Fees may change due to scope change, Client delays, or new government rules.
5.5 Third-Party Charges
All government fees and third-party charges are the Client’s responsibility.
6. Cancellation, Refund & Forfeiture Policy
6.1 Cancellation by Flybiz
Late payments may result in suspension or termination after notice.
6.2 Cancellation by Client
A written request must be submitted.
If services have started, fees may be partially or fully forfeited.
6.3 Refund Policy
- Once the deposit is paid and services have commenced, fees are strictly non-refundable.
- If no separate service fee is defined, Flybiz will deduct 15% or AED 1,050 (whichever is higher) as service fee.
- Government fees already paid are non-refundable.
- Refunds arising from government rejection depend on written confirmation from the authority.
6.4 Withdrawal Before Submission
If withdrawing before government submission, a 15% handling fee applies.
6.5 Forfeiture Clause
If the Client does not proceed with services for 2 months from the date of payment, the full amount is forfeited.
7. Exit Policy
7.1 NOC Requests
Once onboarding is complete:
Flybiz will not issue a NOC unless the Client pays AED 5,000.
This applies even if the Client wishes to continue directly with the Freezone/Mainland authority or another provider.
7.2 Termination of Obligations
Once files are transferred or NOC is issued, Flybiz has no further obligations.
7.3 Return of Documents
All original documents must be returned. Lost/damaged documents require a police report.
7.4 Pending Payments
All outstanding dues must be settled before any cancellation or file transfer.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding business strategies, financial information, client data, or any sensitive information shared.
9. Force Majeure
Flybiz is not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events including natural disasters, government shutdowns, or technical failures.
10. General Terms
10.1 Notices
Official communication must be sent to Flybiz’s designated email or registered office.
10.2 Entire Agreement
These Terms supersede all prior communications.
10.3 Assignment
Clients cannot transfer rights or obligations without approval.
11. Website Terms of Use

User restrictions
Updates to website/services
12. Estimated Timelines (Indicative Only)
Company Setup: 5–7 working days
Establishment Card: 4 working days
Entry Permit: 3–4 working days
Medical Test: 3–4 working days
Biometrics: 3–4 working days
Visa Stamping: 2–3 working days
Emirates ID: 3–4 working days
Timelines depend on authorities and may vary.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
14. Dispute Resolution
Disputes must first be addressed through written notice to Flybiz:

Flybiz Business Setup Services, Dubai, UAE
If unresolved, disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of Dubai Courts.
15. Injunctive Relief
Flybiz may seek immediate legal action for misuse, fraud, or intellectual property violations.
16. No Refund & No NOC Clause
Once deposit is paid and onboarding begins:
Fees are non-refundable
Flybiz will not issue NOC unless AED 5,000 is paid
Clearance certificate is issued only if Flybiz is at fault due to a severe service error
