Documents Required to Apply for a Golden Visa
To apply for the 10-year UAE Golden Visa, you need to submit the following documents:
- Copy of Passport (valid for at least 6 months)
- Recent Passport-Size Photo (with white background)
- Emirates ID (for current UAE residents)
- Valid UAE Visa Copy (if applicable)
- Proof of Investment or Assets
- Bank letter or investment statement
- Company trade license or partner certificate
- Property documents (Title Deed, if applying through real estate)
- Business or Employment Documents (if applicable)
- Company profile, MOA (for business owners)
- Salary certificate or employment contract (for skilled professionals)
- Educational Certificates (for professionals or specialists)
- Medical Insurance (UAE approved)
- Good Conduct Certificate (from UAE Police or your home country)
